Sunny day in Notting Hill

Over the weekend the sun finally came out over London! It seemed like everyone was out enjoying what felt like the first day of summer, so I felt it was the perfect occasion to head up to Notting Hill and explore the Portobello Road market.

I was fully expecting it to be like the movie, a small quiet neighborhood market with some stalls and local people shopping........turns out its super touristy! It was packed with tourists and Londoners who had the same idea, which made it even more fun. Its also a huge market that stretches on all along Portobello Road with stalls full of amazing vintage clothes, and antiques, with loads of places to get food and super cute jewellery and clothes, all mixed in with a healthy dose of touristy stuff of course.

A cute little cafe along Portobello Road.

Saw this guy playing on the street, Robbie Boyd, he was really good playing some summery music on the ucalaly.

We stopped for brunch in the Electric Dinner.....

Brunch is defiantly my favorite meal, and not just because you legitimately get to drink alcohol in the morning. Although their bloody marry's were amazing

They had a great brunch menu, perfect for a saturday hang

I had the open cheese, egg and ham sandwich which was like fondue, and Chido had a ham and cheese breakfast burger. With lots of hash-browns and chips!! Yummy!!

Then we finished the day with a pimms in the cutest pub ever in Kensington!
